Let us feed you

this summer!

its not to late to sign up

for a River Run Farmshare!

In the height of last year’s growing season, with vegetables coming out of our ears, we decided to invite our community to get involved and buy shares of our harvest! Hoping for a few dedicated members to start, we were happy to find ourselves with over 80 amazing Farm-sharers by October!

Inspired by our incredible Farmshare members last year, we’ve decided to run a full-blown Farmshare program over the summer! We have two options. A 23-week Full Farmshare and a 16-week Summer Farmshare. Summer is a time of abundance and plenty, where the farmer’s market calls to all of us. As growers, we focus on getting the most out of our climate, which means kale instead of eggplants and potatoes rather than peppers. But what we can offer is top-notch summer staples at wholesale prices. We want to put the basics like carrots, beets, and lettuce on your table!

We grow food because we believe that everyone deserves to have fresh, delicious produce grown without chemicals on the table. This Farmshare is an opportunity to build a community around good food and good living; bridging the gap between rural food-grower and urban food-eater.

why a farmshare?

By signing up for a regular weekly box of our produce you’re helping to create a more stable market and sustainable livelihood for small-scale food producers. You will develop a more direct, open, and honest relationship with your farmer and with your food! In the words of one of our customers, “I so appreciated getting such fresh, seasonal, local produce. I also very much believe in small farming and loved the opportunity to support something meaningful to me”.
